Conducting precise measurements of the CKM matrix is a primary approach to testing the Standard Model and searching for new physics. Among its elements, |V_ub |, as the smallest matrix element, still requires further improvement in measurement precision compared to the others. This talk will first introduce the challenges in measuring |V_ub | and some proposed solutions. Subsequently, it will discuss a strategy for performing independent measurements through the four-body semileptonic decay processes of B meson, with a particular focus on the two-pion light-cone distribution amplitudes (Dipion LCDAs).
